Terms & Conditions

The reservation must be made on www.hotellebleu.com in order to qualify for the best rate guarantee.  Rooms on another website must be publicly available and bookable on the internet at the time of certification.  Rates booked on an auction site where the guest does not know the hotel being booked until completion of processing are not eligible.  Examples of these sites are, but not limited to, Priceline.com and Hotwire.com.

• Previously negotiated group, corporate and net rates are not applicable for the Best Rate Guarantee.
• Please note that room rates and supply change several times a day.
• The comparison rate presented must be originated within twenty four hours of booking.  Each room night will be considered individually when evaluating the comparison rate.
• The guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees or any fees you may incur during your stay.
• The rates available under the Best Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.

Our customer service agents must be able to verify, to their satisfaction, that the claim meets all conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted.  The acceptance of all requests is ultimately at the discretion of hotel le bleu.
